We collect and process data for the sole purpose of providing our service functionality to you. Only personal information in our system will be the information you self enter to the service. We do not process any data for marketing, profiling, or third-party sharing.
If you submit information using our contact form, we collect the data only in order to track and respond to your submissions.
When users start discussion, our system records audio and sends it to AI service that transcribes the speech to text. For this purpose, we use Microsoft Azure speech-to-text service from server located inside EU/ETA country, which is fully GDPR compliant. Microsoft is also GDPR compliant.
We do not send any user related data to the transcription service, only the audio data. Therefore, if audio recording does not contain any personally identifiable information, the transcription service will not acquire any personally identifialbe information.
User's discussion audio or transcription is not monitored, shared, or analyzed by us. Those are stored only temporarily for user's own purposes, are fully controlled by the user and can be removed permanently at any time after use.
If user chooses to create summary with help of Artificial Intelligence, it is created using OpenAI (OpenAI, Inc.) service. For that purpose, we send the discussion transcription text to OpenAI service. Currently that data might be sent outside EU/ETA area, but OpenAI is fully committed to GDPR compliance.
We do not send any user related data to the AI service, unless the discussion transcription text contains personal data. Therefore, if the discussion transcription text does not contain any personally identifiable information, the transcription service will not acquire any personally identifialbe information.
Audio and text data are stored temporarily for functional use only and can be deleted immediately by the user. User can remove discussion audios, transcriptions, summaries, and bookmarks themselves using service's user interface.
No long-term storage or backups of conversation data are maintained.
We do not collect or process any personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, IP addresses, or contact details from users anonymously visiting our website.
We do not use cookies or any other tracking technologies to identify or monitor users.
You have several rights regarding the processing of your personal data by GDPR. These include the right to access, correct, and delete your data. If our service user interface does not provide a way to exercise these rights, contact us by email.
Contact us or complain to your local Data Protection Authority if you believe your rights are violated.
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure your data remains secure and inaccessible to unauthorized parties.
